Builders, concrete companies, and homeowners book this. The pretreat is a soil treatment on the build, done so the new concrete can go down on schedule. One house or a run of lots. Desert Standard has been at this for about three years, from one shop in Mesa. Finished homes are a different job. Termite control on a house that is already standing starts at $500. A WDIIR report is $60.

There is no Phoenix office and no Scottsdale office. Gilbert, Chandler, Tempe, and the rest of the metro follow the same rule: if we can make the site on the day you need, we will say so on the call.

What does from $300 mean? $300 is the starting price. The quote is the under-roof square footage. When you have that number, we price it on the phone. Will you work around the pour? That is the point of the call. Give us the date. We either fit it or we tell you we cannot. How long does the pretreat last? Ask for the warranty term on your job. We do not print one length for every build. Can you take more than one lot? Tell us how many lots and the schedule. We will say whether we can take the run.
